This presentation is best facilitated by a student, and is not difficult to prepare. It can be one or many people – feel free to break it up into sections. -Book a room WITH ALL OF THE AV EQUIPMENT YOU WILL NEED (powerpoint projector) -Food! Consider providing lunch to attendees. This is always a good way to get people to your programming.
